ThankFUL Thursday

Today is the Thursday of every year that most of us can agree on exactly what we're thankful for in life.

Today, I am thankful for my family and friends whom without, I wouldn't be as happy, as supported, as knowledgeable, as outgoing, as appreciative for this life. Plain and simple - these people are important.

I'm currently sipping on some Trader Joe's Candy Cane Lane green tea and bundling up for a nice little run before heading off to the Oregon coast for Thanksgiving with the grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles, my parents and siblings.

Last night I baked four loaves of gingerbread comparing two recipes. I blame Great Harvest bread that had all kinds of sweet holiday breads for sale when I went earlier this week and left with a loaf of honey whole wheat. I guess I'll be bringing gingerbread to our Thanksgiving feast! ;)

Need something inspirational? My friend shared this What if Money didn't Matter video on facebook last night. It's worth a watch.

Are you looking for a fun little holiday cardio workout? I tried two rounds of Gina's Holiday HIIT workout last night and got my sweat on in just 10 minutes!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

My past Thanksgiving posts include Turkey Stuffer 5K recaps, moderation, Thanksgiving feasts and more.
