FINISHED!

Well, it's safe to say that yesterday was a success! I was really happy with the entire event and we had the weather gods to thank for the cooperative skies and warmish temps.


I'll be back Monday with a full recap, but I've got to go run some more miles first! It's my last long run for the trail race next weekend, but it sure doesn't sound long. Eight miles seems like a short run, although I'm sure it won't feel that way today.

Manfriend's finish time: 1 hr 12 min (It's okay, I'll let his long legs beat me a bit, especially since cycling is his thing.)
