FAIL

I didn't get a chance to post yesterday so I didn't exactly succeed at posting daily for NaBloPoMo. But, I'm ok with that because instead I had dinner and laughed my ass off for an hour straight playing Mario Cart and Mario Bros. 1 with a few friends. There's nothing like some serious video game action for a night of fun.

All is not lost. I'll try to post daily from here on out. I don't know about you, but I could seriously use some more sleep and maybe a little coffee right now.

"Hey, I work with www.mochaclub.org, a non-profit that works in Africa. I saw that you were on the NaBloPoMo list, and we'd love for you to blog about our new campaign on Nov. 24th. The campaign is centered around this idea – at Mocha Club, we have always cared about building an accurate perception of both the challenges that Africans face, and the BEAUTY of Africa. We need bloggers to help get the word out. Please email our director at barrett[at]mochaclub[dot]org if you would be interested in hearing the details!"

Thanks, Betsy
P.S. If you like Lenka check out Katie Herzig's new album: Apple Tree.

Old-school Mario games are the Best!!! Ah, I love playing those things. I'm always Yoshi for Mario cart, he's just so cute. They cannot be replaced with this Wii business, although that thing is awesome on its own level (my arm was sore after playing the first time, ummmm...whoa).
Funny thing is, we were playing the old school games on Wii. Oh technology these days...

Don't forget to mention that the old school games were actually in B&W because the guys couldn't get it to work in color! What a fun evening!
