These hills are a beast

Every frickin' week we subject ourselves to a rather grueling speed or hill workout thanks to Mr Coachy Coach, Olympian in Training. This Thursday was our fabulous monthly hill workout. For almost an hour, all we can think about is how good it better make our butts look in those jeans (or tone up the bod for swim suit season-yikes), or else...

And once again, we survived. It may not have looked pretty and we may be a little sore tomorrow, but in the end I'm sure it was all worth it.

I'm jealous...I am working-out with a Triathlon trainer, and she is great, but we don't do much Hill training. I would love to do it and feel really good afterwards!

there's a hill at the end of my "usual", I love it because if I'm not tired yet I'll sprint it (whoa! feel the burn!) or even on a regular day it's the perfect way to end your run on a *high* :)

Strong work on Thursday. Kind of glad that we have another month until hills again. Knowing Max, he will have us over at Autzen in two weeks doing some stairs.
